活動票 Event tickets：

• 請於21:50開始離場，避免影響其他酒店住客之權利。最晚22：00未離場者，飯店業者將強制驅離，可接受再報名。
• Please leave the venue at 21:50 to avoid affecting the rights of other hotel guests. Those who have not left by 22:00 at the latest will be forced to leave by the hotel operator. You can register again.

活動相關注意事項 Important Information：

• 此場地為私人場域，未開放無購買活動票者入場 This venue is a private venue and is not open to those who do not purchase event tickets。
• 本活動禁止攜帶任何飲食，包含飲料、酒，如經查獲者，需於場外食用完畢後才可入場，場內設有販售飲食攤位區域。 This event does not allow any food or drinks, including alcohol. If caught, you will be required to finish eating outside the venue before entering. There is a food and beverage stall area inside the venue. - 在活動中間離場，須出示派對手環，即可再次進場。 If you leave during the event, you must show your party bracelet to re-enter
• 活動場內有販售瓶裝水。 Bottled water is available for sale at the event venue.
• 禁止攜帶寵物。 No pets allowed.
• 嚴禁施放鞭炮煙火、天燈、爆炸物、營火及使用火把。 It is strictly prohibited to set off firecrackers, fireworks, sky lanterns, explosives, campfires and use torches.
• 無主辦單位同意，禁止攜帶專業攝影器材拍攝。 Without the organizer's consent, it is prohibited to bring professional photography equipment.
• 車輛停放請在駕駛窗前留下名字電話。 Please leave your name and phone number at the driver's window when parking your vehicle.
• 本活動禁止吸食毒品、酗酒、第三方毀損、鬥毆、賭博、存放違禁物品或其他違法等行為，違反者將報警處理。 This activity prohibits drug use, alcohol abuse, third-party damage, fighting, gambling, storage of prohibited items or other illegal behaviors. Violators will be reported to the police.
• 現場有販售寄物服務，私人貴重物品請自行保管。 On-site storage available. We are not responsible for personal valuables — please keep them with you at all times.
• 活動區内禁止電子煙及吸菸，抽煙請至規範特定區域，以尊重其他參加者。未成年請勿飲酒。喝酒不開車，開車不喝酒，因飲酒過量造成他人困擾，屢勸不聽者主辦單位有權驅離現場。 Electronic cigarettes and smoking are prohibited in the activity area. Please smoke in designated areas to respect other participants. Minors are not allowed to drink alcohol. Don’t drink and drive, don’t drive after drinking. If you cause trouble to others due to excessive drinking and refuse to listen to repeated warnings, the organizer has the right to remove you from the scene.

• 未經主辨單位同意，請勿使用擴音器材、從事表演活動或銷售/促銷行為，或針對演出内容錄音、攝影、及錄影。 Without the consent of the organizer, please do not use amplification equipment, engage in performance activities or sales/promotional activities, or record, photograph, or videotape the performance content.

• 肖像權使用聲明：參加活動者同意並授權水行活動拍攝、使用、改做、修飾、公開展示本人之肖像（包含照片及視訊影像，以下簡稱肖像）、名字、聲音…等，於本活動中所拍攝之作品。本人同意水行活動活動就上述著作（內含上述授權之肖像、名字、聲音等）享有完整之著作權，其關係企業、受讓人、被授權人及繼受人得使用本人之肖像、名字、聲音…等於所有形式的著作載體及媒體。水行活動得以各種媒體管道或印刷方式呈現授權內容之全部或部分、並可公開發表，無須再通知或經由本人同意，但於公開發表時必須尊重本人個人形象。 Statement on Use of Portrait Rights: Participants agree and authorize Water Travel Events to film, use, modify, embellish, and publicly display their portraits (including photos and video images, hereinafter referred to as portraits), names, voices, etc., and the works filmed during this event. I agree that Water Travel Activities has full copyright to the above works (including the above authorized portrait, name, voice, etc.), and its related companies, assignees, licensees and successors may use my portrait, name, voice... etc. in all forms of work carriers and media. Water activities may present all or part of the authorized content through various media channels or printing methods, and may publish it publicly without further notification or consent from the person concerned, but the person's personal image must be respected when publishing it publicly.

• 如違反主辦單位現場安全規定情節嚴重且或影響公共安全者，主辦單位有權移請警方處理。 If the violation of the organizer's on-site safety regulations is serious and affects public safety, the organizer has the right to refer the case to the police for handling.
• 因表演場地為露天場所，若遇天候不可抗力之因泰，而影響活動觀演品質，敬請見諒。主辦單位保留隨時調整應變或終止本活動內容與更換場地之權利。 As the performance venue is open-air, we apologize for any weather conditions that may affect the quality of the performance. The organizer reserves the right to adjust or terminate the event and change the venue at any time.
• 若發生上述規範外之特殊狀況，主辦單位保有修改、變更、活動解釋及取消本活動之權利，未盡事宜請以IG公告為主，恕不另行通知。 If any special circumstances outside the above regulations occur, the organizer reserves the right to modify, change, explain or cancel this event. For any unresolved matters, please refer to the IG announcement. No further notice will be given.
